REQUEST A DIGITAL ACCESS CARD

Digital Library Card, which ONLY allows access to the library’s digital (online) collection. To get a digital library card you must complete the application below. After 60 days your digital library card will expire and you then must visit the library to renew your card and you’ll be issued regular library card (proof of identity and address required). Digital Library Cards will only be issued to patrons living or attending school in Page County, Iowa.
